How Long Does Crocs Take To Ship? – Breakdown of All Four Delivery Plans
Crocs has three different delivery plans for you to choose from. They’re called Economy, Standard Ground, Express 2-Day, and Express Next Day. Let’s take a look at how long shipping takes for each plan.

- Economy Shipping
Economy shipping takes 2-4 days starting from the order date. You will get a shipping confirmation email. From there the transit time begins. The transit time is between 3-6 business days.
Crocs Club Members have the privilege of getting free Economy Shipping. All you need to do is create an account and log in to your account to redeem the free shipping.
If you don’t have a membership, you pay $7.99 flat rate on an order for Economy Shipping. However, if your order value exceeds $49.99 excluding discounts and taxes, you get Economy Shipping for free without membership.
- Standard Ground
This delivery option costs $9.99 and you will get your Crocs via UPS. The order is shipped in 2-4 days from the day you place the order. That part is the same as Economy Shipping, however, transit is quicker.
The transit time is somewhere between 2-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirming the shipment before transmit time begins. However, you won’t receive any orders on Saturday.
- Express 2-Day
As the name suggests this delivery option is pretty quick. Shipping takes place within a business day of placing the order when the order has been confirmed within 11 AM EST on Monday through Friday.
After you receive the shipping confirmation email, it can take up to 2 business days for transit. This delivery is also conducted by UPS and you can’t receive the delivery on a Saturday.
You will be paying a flat rate of $19.99 on your order for this delivery plan.
- Express Next Day
This is the fastest and the most expensive delivery option to choose from. The order gets shipped out as soon as within 1 business day of placing the order and getting confirmation. However, the order needs to be placed on Monday-Friday, before 11 am EST.
After confirmation of shipping through email, it takes 1 business day to transit your order to the delivery spot. But you won’t receive any delivery on Saturday.
This delivery option costs a flat rate of $29.99. UPS is in charge of the delivery. Usually crocs are already expensive, on top of that the shipping cost adds to the cost.
How Can You Track Your Order?
There are two ways in which you can track your order. Both processes are simple. You can use either one that’s more convenient.
- Sign In To Track Order
Here’s how you can track your order by signing in.
- You have to visit Crocs.com and click on the “Sign In” option. Enter the email address you signed up with and the password. Click the “Sign In” option.
- Click on the Order History to view your order number.
- Access the Order Details page from the right column. There’s a ‘Track Shipment’ option. Click on the blue tracking number to access your order info.
- You will get the estimated delivery time and the travel history of your package on the screen.
- Track Without Logging In
You can also track your package through the order number without logging in.
- Click on the Order Status option at the bottom of the website’s home page.
- You need to then enter the order number and your registered email address. Capitalize the CUS as the end of the order number.
- You will find the Track Shipment option in the Order Details page’s right column.
- Click on the blue tracking number to view the potential delivery time and the travel history of your package.
What’s Crocs’ Return Policy?
Crocs allows you to return their products under certain conditions. You can request a return once the item has been shipped.
You can even get a full refund minus the shipping charges. But the items have to be unworn and unwashed. Otherwise, you can’t return them. You can ask for a refund within 45 days of the initial payment you made for the items. After this period has expired, you can’t ask for a refund.
When an item is marked “Final Sale”, you can’t return it. Moreover, you can only return special products created as part of an event or collaboration only when they are physically defective. Otherwise, you can’t return them.
Crocs take 10-14 business days to finish processing a return after receiving the package. Refunding your bank account may take even longer depending on contingencies like the bank you have an account in, location, etc.
